1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aethernox application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Aethernox is a Business-to-Business (B2B) service intended for use by professionals, freelancers, and agencies. By creating an account, you represent that you are utilizing the Service for business purposes.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and No Refunds

Aethernox is a paid service. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods, unused time, or if you simply choose not to use the Service after purchasing. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

3. The "Founders Edition" & Lifetime Subscriptions

Aethernox may offer a "Founders Edition" or "Lifetime Deal" (LTD) for a one-time payment. By purchasing this tier, you understand and agree to the legal definition of this term.

Definition of Lifetime: "Lifetime" strictly refers to the lifetime of the Aethernox product and software, not the lifetime of the purchaser. It grants you access to the Service for as long as Aethernox is actively developed, supported, and commercially offered by us.

If Aethernox is discontinued, acquired, or ceases operations for any reason, the Lifetime subscription terminates immediately, and you will not be entitled to any full or partial refund.

4. Modifications to and Termination of the Service

We are constantly innovating and changing our Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice.

You agree that Aethernox shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or permanent discontinuance of the Service. In the event of a permanent shutdown of the Service, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of Annual, Monthly, or Lifetime subscriptions.

5. Data Loss and Liability

While we implement robust security measures to protect your data, Aethernox is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data, ledgers, or notes you enter into the Service.

Aethernox shall not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aethernox's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the total amount of fees you actually paid to Aethernox during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. For Lifetime Deal purchasers, the maximum liability shall not exceed the one-time fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
